great soundproofing extra duvet beautiful breakfast room helpful staff
The room was very quiet because of great sound proofing. It faced the interior garden! i got an extra duvet and the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast room had high ceilings with stucco and a winter garden. I loved seeing palm trees. staff were so helpful and friendly especially daniel, he always had a smile!
I didn't like the card cups in the bedroom for coffee, and there was no fridge. It's a small thing but i noticed! i wanted a fridge!

central location modern room good variety convenient location
I appreciated the central location. Many shops were within a short walk. the modern room was spacious. breakfast had a good variety. the hotel location was pretty close to the train station.
i found there was no wardrobe in the room, just a small hanging area. this was a bit inconvenient for a longer stay, especially when needing to hang multiple items.

the staff changed bed linen daily. cleaners did an excellent job. i found the team quite attentive. helpful service was provided.

fabulous location helpful staff broken coffee machine expensive drinks
the location was fabulous. the staff were helpful. i appreciated the map provided to me when i checked in, it showed all of the attractions and restaurants.
the coffee machine did not work. also, there was no iron in the room. i could only get one upon request. drinks at the bar were too expensive.
